Since 1994, MCS has been the agency of record for Genentech's lytics franchise, including Activase® or t-PA, the first FDA-approved treatment for acute ischemic stroke within three hours of symptom onset; and TNKase®, a single-bolus thrombolytic for the treatment of heart attack.
